Every candidate who wants to intern at Earn Spot generally seeks two primary forms of assistance or requirements from the internship:

- Flexibility to work from home with no specific timing requirements, as all recordings are available.

- Some interns may require original transcripts of their certificates to be couriered to their home addresses for use in admission applications, both abroad and within India for higher studies. These original transcripts are printed on our letterhead with actual ink signatures and stamps and will be couriered to successful candidates.
- Earn Spot is committed to providing the best support to interns, ensuring their needs are met to the highest level of satisfaction. To achieve this, we are rapidly expanding our team and improving our system to accommodate more interns and provide them with quality internships. We seek help and support from candidates, while ensuring we do not impose additional burdens on deserving, knowledge-seeking individuals. Therefore, we offer three options for candidates to apply.
Option-A
If a candidate wishes to join the Earn Spot Internship to fulfill only their “Knowledge-Related Needs,” this program is ABSOLUTELY FREE for them. They do not need to pay anything. The candidate can join the internship in the upcoming group and start learning immediately. All that’s required is filling out the application form no CV, TPO, or college reference is needed, and there is no selection or rejection process. It is an open learning platform for them. Our team will notify them about the start and completion of the program through our official email.
Note: This option is free, and the “Knowledge-Related Needs” will be fulfilled to the candidate’s complete satisfaction. However, the “HR-Admin Related Needs” are not included in this option, meaning no certificates, offer letters, or other benefits will be provided.
Option-B
If a candidate chooses this option, they can fully meet both their “Knowledge-Based Needs” and “HR-Admin Based Needs.” Everything included in Option-A is also included in this option, along with many other benefits. Additional or special requests from interns can be accommodated for a small administrative fee.

The biggest benefit and main USP of the internship offered by Earn Spot is the mentor provided by the organization. They assign mentors from the industry with over 10 years of hands-on experience who are still actively working. Even in large companies, managers and mentors might not always be on-site, and interns often receive instructions via email. Our work-from-home setup eliminates the need for commuting and office hours, allowing you to focus on work that can be completed efficiently. Interns need a stable internet connection and access to a laptop or smartphone. Interactions with mentors and HR will be conducted via Google Classroom, YouTube Live, WhatsApp, and Skype, so please install these apps.
Yes, you will be assigned a mentor with over 10 years of industry experience, both in India and abroad. This mentor has successfully guided over 200 interns in the past decade. You can contact your mentor via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Mentors are available for doubt clearance and will also conduct group calls to discuss modules and answer queries.
Interns must adhere to a Non-Disclosure Agreement, ensuring that any information shared remains confidential. Professional behavior is expected in all interactions with HR, staff, mentors, and co-interns. Aggression or misconduct is unacceptable and may lead to legal action under IPC, especially given the high number of female interns.
Our goal is to bridge the gap between industry requirements and college education, especially in core sectors like Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Energy Engineering, and Project Finance. This internship goes beyond training; it provides detailed instructions and personal interaction to enhance skill development. For free training, students can explore platforms like NPTEL, Udemy, Un-Academy, edX, Coursera, etc. The internship is structured into 4 modules, each culminating in a smart task. Module 2 information is only provided after the completion of Smart Task 01.
Yes, it is possible with proper time management. The internship requires approximately 20 hours per week. You can work on tasks 1-2 hours daily, allowing you to balance other commitments. However, managing your time effectively is crucial, as work on the internship should not be delayed due to other activities.
Yes, you can. Many interns start with little or no prior knowledge of their project topics. This internship is designed to accommodate learners with varying levels of familiarity. A willingness to learn and work is the key requirement.
Selection is based on the candidate’s need for the internship and its relevance to their career goals. We prefer not to select graduates or students preparing for exams like GATE, CAT, or UPSC.
You are only required to pay a small administrative fee if you want to access additional admin benefits. Otherwise, the internship is free. The admin fee can be paid at any time.
The internship lasts 6-8 weeks, but you can join and complete it at your convenience. Breaks can be taken for mid-semester tests or important events. After completing Modules 1-4 and submitting Smart Tasks 01-04 along with the Final Internship Report, you will have a Final Interaction Call with your mentor. Upon successful completion, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, and a Letter of Recommendation will be provided by your mentor. From June 10, 2020, onwards, certificates are given only to those who have made special requests.

Yes, you can change your project topic after starting the internship. However, once you submit Smart Task 01, you will not be able to change the project topic.
Yes, you can receive the Offer Letter according to your college schedule after being selected for the internship.
We require proper references to ensure that only legitimate and serious candidates join our program. This helps us avoid disruptions caused by fraudulent or inappropriate candidates.
Our internships are specifically designed for current college students. Passed-out candidates or working professionals are better suited for the specialized Earn Spot Executive Training Program.
No, working on two projects at the same time is not permitted. You may engage in different projects in separate internship groups.
Tasks should be prepared in MS Word, Google Sheets, or WPS. There is no specific format required for Smart Tasks 01-03.
Yes, recordings of all video and audio sessions will be provided.
Successful interns who opt for additional/admin benefits will receive a Certificate of Completion, a Letter of Recommendation, and a LinkedIn recommendation upon request.
No penalty or action is taken if you choose to leave the internship. We believe learning should not be forced. Please send us an email explaining your reason for leaving.
Terms of Usage
These are the terms and conditions for the internship offered by Earn Spot Pvt. Ltd. (“Earn Spot”) to the selected candidate (“INTERN”). The INTERN should read and fully understand all the points outlined in this document. Accepting the offer letter signifies acceptance of all the terms mentioned herein.
Internship Purpose:
The internships and training provided by Earn Spot are part of a societal payback initiative aimed at offering students a corporate-style learning experience through online, work-from-home internships. Earn Spot charges a small fee only for optional administrative benefits.
Stipend and Job Offers:
The INTERN cannot request any stipend or expect a job offer/paid role as a result of this internship.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):
The INTERN must maintain complete non-disclosure of any data or information shared by Earn Spot during the internship. Sharing or selling any information through any medium (email, chat, verbally, etc.) constitutes a breach of trust and may lead to serious consequences.
Reference and Documentation:
Before starting the internship, the INTERN must provide a reference from their Training and Placement Officer (TPO), Dean, Principal, Director, or Professor, or submit a bonafide student certificate/NOC from their college. Earn Spot may use this reference to report the INTERN’s progress and activities to their TPO during the internship if necessary.
Conduct and Discipline:
The INTERN must maintain proper decorum and discipline throughout the internship. Any form of aggressiveness, rudeness, inappropriate behavior, or harassment towards the mentor, any Earn Spot employee, or fellow interns (even in chat communications) will be considered a serious offense. This is especially important given the large number of female interns. Such behavior may result in appropriate legal action under the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Certificates and Admin Benefits:
The Certificate of Completion and Letter of Recommendation will only be provided to INTERNS who have opted for the administrative benefits and paid the small administrative fee. These documents will only be issued after the INTERN successfully completes all modules, tasks, and checklists. Plagiarizing tasks and reports from other interns, submitting substandard documents, or not following instructions properly may lead to disqualification.
Official Communication:
Earn Spot will communicate with the INTERN only through official (authorized) channels, including email, mobile number, and ID. Any information received from other sources may be fake or misleading.

Payment Acceptance
Earn Spot Pvt. Ltd. is a registered private limited company. All payments are accepted exclusively through online methods, including G Pay, UPI, and Bank Transfer. We do not accept payments in cash or through any other means, such as cryptocurrency. The amounts listed for our services are inclusive of all taxes. A specific tax receipt will be issued for any payment exceeding Rs. 5000.00 (Five Thousand). The authorized account for receiving payments on behalf of Earn Spot Pvt. Ltd. is as follows: G Pay: 7526012001, UPI ID: earnspot@ybl. No other account is authorized to receive funds for Earn Spot Pvt. Ltd.
Refund Policy
Special/Additional Requests: For the administrative fee of Rs. 1999/Rs. 999 to avail of special HR & Admin benefits, there is a NO REFUND POLICY. Once the payment is made, Earn Spot Pvt. Ltd. will not refund any amount (not even partially) and will not entertain refund requests of any kind. However, this paid service is transferable to another candidate, meaning if one candidate pays for it and decides not to use it, they can pass the benefit to another candidate. The validity of the service is 365 days, meaning once payment is made, the candidate must use the services within one year. After this period, the candidate will need to apply again.
Payment and Dispute Resolution
In special cases where a payment dispute arises, it will be handled by Earn Spot Pvt. Ltd.’s Dispute Resolution Team. The primary goal will be to find a compromise that benefits both parties. For disputes exceeding Rs. 1 Lakh (Consulting Services), the matter will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Lucknow High Court, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
