At Earn Spot, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to deliver exceptional services and software solutions. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in addressing refund requests.
1. General Policy Guidelines
1.1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:
- Services or software were not delivered as per the agreed terms and scope.
- The product or service has technical issues that remain unresolved within a reasonable time frame.
- Cancellation requests adhere to the timelines specified for the particular service or software.
1.2. Ineligibility for Refund
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- Changes in the customer’s business requirements or preferences.
- Services or software already utilized or implemented.
- Failure to provide the necessary access, information, or support required to deliver the service or software.
- Any refund request made after 15 days of delivery/installation.
2. Refund Policy for Consulting Service
2.1. Cloud, Enterprise Solution, Cyber Security, Web Application, Research & Innovation, and Digital Marketing Services
- Refunds will be processed for services not initiated or delivered as per the signed agreement.
- Partial refunds may be considered for projects in progress, subject to evaluation of completed milestones.
- Refunds for recurring services (e.g., digital marketing) will only apply to unused months if canceled within the notice period outlined in the contract.
3. Refund Policy for Software Solutions
3.1. Pre-Packaged Software Solutions (e.g., School Management, CRM, and others)
- Refunds will only be provided for products with critical technical issues reported within 15 days of purchase/implementation, if our team fails to resolve the issue after repeated attempts.
- No refunds will be granted for subscription-based software once the subscription has been activated.
3.2. Customized Software Solutions
- No refunds will be provided for custom software development due to the tailored nature of the product.
- Exceptions may apply in cases where delivery timelines are significantly breached or technical requirements are not met as per the contract.
4. Refund Request Process
4.1. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, customers must email us at [email protected] with the following details:
- Invoice/Order number.
- A detailed explanation of the issue or reason for requesting the refund.
- Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error logs).
4.2. Evaluation Process
- Refund requests will be evaluated within 10 business days.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
4.3. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Consulting Services
- Customers must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice for the cancellation of ongoing services.
- Charges for work already completed will be deducted before issuing a refund (if applicable).
5.2. Software Solutions
- Subscription-based software can be canceled at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
- For perpetual licenses, no refunds will be granted after activation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Refunds are limited to the fees paid for the specific service or software in question. Earn Spot Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the services or software.
