Our Selection Process
1. Registration
The first step in our selection process is registration. Candidates need to visit our official website and complete the registration form. This includes providing basic personal information such as name, email address, and phone number. After submitting the form, candidates will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
2. Complete Profile
Once registered, candidates must complete their profile on our platform. This step involves filling in detailed information about their educational background, work experience, skills, and other relevant details. A comprehensive profile increases the chances of getting shortlisted for the next stages.
3. Apply for Drive
After completing their profile, candidates can apply for the drive. They need to select the specific job roles they are interested in and submit their applications. It is crucial to ensure that the profile is up-to-date and accurate before applying.
4. Shortlisted for Exam
Based on the profiles and applications, we shortlist candidates for the initial examination. The shortlisted candidates will receive an email notification with the details of the exam, including the date, time, and format. This exam is designed to assess the candidate’s aptitude and technical skills relevant to the job role.
5. Shortlisted for Interview
Candidates who pass the examination will be shortlisted for the interview stage. They will be notified via email about their interview schedule. The interview may include multiple rounds, such as technical interviews, HR interviews, and possibly a final round with senior management.
Special Training Program (if applicable)
If a candidate does not pass the interview stage, they are eligible for our special training program. This program aims to enhance their skills and prepare them better for the job role. Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates can resume the interview process from step 5.
6. Offer
Candidates who successfully clear the interview stage will receive a job offer. The offer letter will include details about the position, salary, benefits, and other terms of employment. Candidates are required to review and accept the offer to proceed to the next step.
7. Background Verification
After accepting the offer, candidates will undergo a background verification process. This involves checking their educational credentials, work experience, and any other relevant background information. The background verification ensures the authenticity of the candidate’s profile and qualifications.
8. Joining/Onboarding
Once the background verification is successfully completed, candidates will receive an official joining date. They will also be provided with onboarding details, including orientation schedules, documentation requirements, and other necessary information. On the joining date, candidates will officially become part of our organization and begin their journey with us.
